Recently, members of the coaching staff met to discuss topics of importance to the Ladue Athletic Program.  At that meeting, I raised the question, "What do we want Ladue Athletics to be known for?"  We arrived at the following Guiding Principles in an effort to instill more Pride in Ladue:

1.  Commitment to Excellence (Dedication, Improvement, Discipline and Passion)

2.  Work Ethic  (Accountability, Confidence, Self-Worth and Toughness)

3.  Character  (Sportsmanship, Respect, Integrity and Teamwork)
